Meet Natalie Klein, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Welcome to Sprout Play & Assessment Partners! I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst dedicated to creating warm, supportive, and highly effective assessment experiences for early childhood milestones.

My journey supporting the neurodivergent and autistic population began in 2017. As a proud double-alumna of Arizona State University, where I earned both my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Special Education, my clinical focus has always centered on serving as a compassionate bridge between clients, families, and healthcare providers. I specialize in delivering gentle, play-based behavioral observations and standardized testing (including the ADOS-2) that capture a child's true strengths and needs in a comfortable environment.

Beyond my direct clinical practice, I am deeply invested in advancing the quality of behavioral healthcare across Arizona. I actively shape the future of our field by educating and mentoring the next generation of clinicians as a faculty member within the ASU Master's in ABA program. Additionally, I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA).
